Our Mission

Our elders may need assistance living independently, managing disabilities, or even treating chronic health conditions.

That’s where Gratitude Homecare comes in.  Our expert care team at Gratitude Home Care NJ is committed to collaborating with you and your loved one to provide the home healthcare you are looking for and ease your worries.

Whether your loved one needs minimal support to live independently or they are fully incapacitated, our wide range of services is designed to maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. And our certified home health aides provide support wherever your loved one wishes to be –  at home, an independent or assisted living facility, or a rehab center.

Our team is well-trained and highly experienced in delivering homecare and they are led by our President and CEO who has 30 years of clinical experience.

Highly Qualified Home Health Aides

Our team of caregivers includes only Certified Home Health Aides  (CHHA) working under the direction of a registered nurse. They ensure that the care plan aligns with the health needs and lifestyle of your loved one. This integrated approach ensures your loved ones receive the personalized care and attention they deserve.

Flexible: Hourly, Live-in, 24/7, or Customized

A Wide Range of In-Home Care Services

Our services range from running errands, providing companion care, and aiding with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, to specialized care including transitioning from hospital to home, caring for the bedridden, and dementia care. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Jela and her staff at Gratitude Homecare NJ have been outstanding. Jela worked quickly to arrange care for my mother the next day as she was being released from the hospital. The aides that I have met have all been caring and professional. The staff at my mom’s facility have mentioned to me how impressed they are with the aides and the company. I highly recommend them!

Laura

Everyone from Jela, to Marko, to our aide Nora has surpassed our expectations in every way. Everyone at Gratitude Homecare are true professionals, patient and caring. Love having them in our lives.
