Debra has an extensive career in healthcare as a RN, liaison and practitioner in LTC, AL, and homecare, as well as LPN/RN education. She brings strong leadership skills to her nursing team by overseeing the implementation and evaluation of patient care services. She understands the complex and deeply personal nature of homecare which allows us to provide you and your loved ones with the finest care available. She will collaborate with her nursing team to perform an assessment and prepare a customized care plan to begin your loved one’s care. When not at work, Debra enjoys spending time with her parents and two adult children, whom she is immensely proud of.
