Stefanie Rubin

Senior Client Care Manager
Brief info

Stefanie has worked in the senior care industry since 2006 and has extensive experience within both the community-based and home care settings. She attended Penn State University and Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she focused on health care management. Her studies assisted with her specialties in geriatric and dementia care, as she is a CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner) and CALA (Certified Assisted Living Administrator). Stefanie's current role as the Senior Client Care Manager enables her to develop close relationships with our clients and their loved ones, coordinating their needs and serving as a liaison between our clients and the community. She ensures our clients' personalized needs are met and serves as a resource for other services that may be needed. She works closely with our clients and their responsible parties to ensure care remains seamless.

A Bergen County native, Stefanie lives in the area with her husband Evan, their four children, and a menagerie of pets. She is a dedicated mother and is actively involved in many community programs and organizations with her children's schools and extracurricular activities. She is a Girl Scout troop leader and "class mom," managing her Gratitude clients with the same level of care and dedication as she gives to her family. Charity and giving back are highly prioritized for the Hellers, and together she and her family volunteer with the Make A Wish Foundation, the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, and the Alzheimer's Association, amongst other organizations.
